How long does it take to receive my photos or videos?
Delivery times depend on the project:
Standard videography/photos: 2–5 business days
Mapping/3D modelling or inspections: 5–10 business days
Rush requests can be accommodated upon request.
What do I need to prepare for a drone flight?
Ensure the site is accessible and safe
Remove any obstacles or hazards if possible
Inform property owners or managers if applicable

Can you fly in bad weather?
For safety and quality, flights are weather-dependent. Strong winds, rain, or poor visibility may require rescheduling.
